The aroma of vanilla is an aroma used in many recipes with a unique scent. However, many people are afraid to use it, but today we discover how to use it. vanilla berry.

Let’s start with taking the vanilla berry and leaning it on a cut.

With a knife with the tip make an engraving along its length.

With the tip of the knife scrape all the inside pulp of the berry to recover the seeds.

The resulting pulp can be used in your recipes, while the pod even if it is not very aromatizing can be used in cooking stage and then be removed, for example in a pastry cream can be added to milk while heating and then extracted.
