Does soy ice cream make you gain weight?
No single food can accurately be described as “non-fattening”: ingredients, portion size and overall energy balance matter. Calories vary with the soy milk and plant-based cream used, so they must be calculated from the actual products. The WHO stresses balance and moderation and does not recommend non-sugar sweeteners, including stevia, as an automatic weight-control strategy. For diabetes, allergies or other clinical needs, check labels and follow advice from a qualified health professional.
