Hot chocolate is one of those irresistible pleasures, especially on cold winter days.

One of those pretty dense and chocolatey chocolates just like the famous Ciobar, and today we will go to see just how to create the homemade chocolate preparation and how to use it.

How to prepare the Ciobar in the house

Ingredients

  • 200 gr chocolate Fondente;
  • 150gr Cocoa Amaro powder;
  • 70gr Canna sugar;
  • 160g of sugar semolate;
  • 250gr. potato starch;

Proceedings

Start chop the dark chocolate with the help of a knife, at this point transfer the chopped chocolate in the freezer as it will be irreparably warmed while it was trivial, so that it is well cold for the next phase.

Spend some time to cool the chocolate, take a blender and put all the ingredients inside including the chopped dark chocolate.

So smooth everything until you create a homogeneous powder.

We recommend not to whip continuously but to stop a few seconds so as not to heat the blender blades.

At this point Ciobar’s preparation is ready, pour the powder into hermetic-closed containers and store in a dry place.

Prepare a cup of hot chocolate

Now that we have our own prepared in powder for hot chocolate, we have nothing but to taste it.

Let’s take about 40gr (about 2 spoons) of powder preparation and 190 ml milk and mix them well in a pentoline to avoid the formation of lumps.

We put the pot on the fire mixing to prevent it from sticking, then continue cooking until the chocolate is thickened.

Now you just have to enjoy your hot chocolate.
