To those who have never had the chance to prepare a cake that then ruined by sticking to the mold, this problem can be avoided with a minimum of preparation and baking paper.

In the past, the method of buttering and flouring the mould was used, but also so not always the result was optimal.

How to line a round tortiera

This technique involves the use of butter that will have the function of “glue” and of the baked paper.

As a first operation we will have to cut out a circle of the size of the base of the tortier, to do this it will be enough to place the tortier on a sheet of paper mark the edge and cut out.

After cutting the base, we will have to cut out a strip as high as the edge of the tortier and that can cover the entire circumference.

At this point we must butter the cake shop.

Just a little softened butter and a kitchen brush, then brush all the inside of the pan evenly including the edges.

Now that the baking tray is buttered, it is only necessary to take the previously buttered baking paper circle and to put it on the buttered base so that it adheres perfectly.

Same process with the strip cut out before, making it adhere to the edge of the tortier.

How to line an irregular edge tortier

If you happen to have an irregular edged tortier such as tart cake, we will have to use another technique, because it will not be possible to “paste” the paper strip.

So we put the twister turned over on the bakery paper and cut out the circumference so that we have the paper of the right size for the cake shop.

At this point, rub and wet the paper under the water.

Squeeze it well and dry it with a cloth, the paper will now be soft and it will be very simple to put it on the cakepot perfectly.
